As a special thank you to our customers a polishing cloth is included for free with every buckle set purchase. If an extra polishing cloth is needed they can be purchased for $5.

Send us your Sterling Silver, Brass or Bronze buckle set and we'll polish it up to look shiny and new, FREE for the life of the set. (see note below)

Engraving

We can engrave lettering or images onto any of our metal buckle products. Just send us a vector image! If you don't know what that means, CALL US and we'll explain everything.
Buckle polishing and mounting options
We offer a service to customers that own our buckles. We polish our sterling silver, brass or bronze buckle sets for free for the lifetime of the set. At any time you can send us your buckle set and we will polish it up to look brand new again. Some customers do this when they buy a new belt because then after polishing the set we mount it on the new belt.
If you own one of our Gold Plate buckle sets they can not be re-polished without being replatted. Basically when we polish them the finish is rubbed off and must be re-applied (replatted). Any set can be replatted for a fee of $200. This can be done easily. We re-polish the set then send it out to be replatted. The turnaround time is about 3 weeks.
We can also polish your buckle set made by another artist for a fee of $50. If that set has stone or gold work small nicks or imperfections may be left behind so as not to ruin the other artist’s work.
Mounting our own or any other artist’s buckle set to a new belt is included in the cost of the belt.

Special engraving options
We have the ability to engrave images or lettering onto our metal buckle products. A vectorized image is needed to have this done. The image should be emailed to kalifanobeltsandbuckles@gmail.com. Lettering can be done without a vectorized image. Only font and sizing is needed. The image or lettering can be placed on one of our existing buckle sets for a $30 fee. Or it can be placed on one of our base metal buckle blanks for a $20 fee.
The turnaround time for this is 14 days.
