Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. If you need us to ship internationally please contact us. If the product is in stock it will ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. If a buckle or belt needs to be made then the wait time could be up to 14 to 21 days before it is shipped. We would communicate this with you if that is the case. If you have any questions about your shipped order, feel free to contact us  through this site or by phone at 480-342-9466 Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm MST.

We use USPS and UPS to ship our products. We always insure them for the full value of the product. A signature may also be required for insurance purposes.

Returns Policy

Thank you for trusting us with your purchase of our handcrafted belt, buckle and metal art products. We strive to always deliver the best quality; however, imperfections always exist in nature. In the event that you need to return an item purchased from, we have a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped. Please contact us through our website or call 480-342-9466 (Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm MST) to get assistance with returning your product(s).

Please document any noticeable damage to shipping carton(s) before signing for shipment. All damage claims must be submitted with photographs within 48 hours.
