Where’s My Order?

IMPORTANT: To track your order’s progress through our production system – up to the time it has been shipped – visit our order tracking page.

Due to the fact that these are handmade products and not always made up ahead of time, delays can occur.

If a belt, buckle or piece of metal art is in stock then it will be packaged and shipped to you within 2 business days of placing the order.

The 2 day or overnight shipping timeline begins once your order is packaged for delivery. This may not necessarily be the same day you place your order.

If a belt or buckle needs to be ordered or custom made then a 14 to 21 day turn around is the average wait time.

If a piece of metal art is out of stock it could take up to 2 months to be made and shipped due to the extraordinary amount of care and time it takes to make each piece.

All of this information will be communicated to you shortly after your order is placed and the item was found to be out of stock. At that time if the wait is too long for the customer the order can be exchanged for an in stock product or refunded.
